# Using AI at BugClub HQ

BugClub HQ doesn't teach AI. You can use it, but you'll get less out of the course, and the same rules apply.

## I don't teach AI

AI is fine, and it's the future. It doesn't replace learning how to think. I don't teach AI at all. I teach you to think like a bad guy by giving you the same experience a good guy gets.

## You can still use it

You'll get less out of the course, and it'll suck the life out of the work. Nothing here requires it. AI tools have their own age rules, so if you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.

## The rules don't change

Whatever an AI tool does for you, you did, and you need to be able to explain anything you turn in. Other students' work stays out of AI tools. The [ethics agreement](https://bugclubhq.com/ethics) and the [course rules](https://bugclubhq.com/course-rules) still apply.

**Schedule**

- High school students: Thursdays, 5:30 to 7 PM Eastern
- College students: Wednesdays, 6 to 7:30 PM Eastern
- Adults: Tuesdays, 8:15 to 9:45 PM Eastern
